Geniasis

Geniasis™ is a cloud-based medical decision support system which is based on the analysis of modern clinical Next Generation Sequencing data. Its goal is the support of accurate diagnostics towards the derivation of personalized medical treatment plans. The platform exploits open source algorithms and open data coupled with a proprietary optimized analysis workflow and data annotation system which provides accurate filtered results. In this way, clinical geneticists and biologists are able to reach timely conclusions and diagnoses. Geniasis comprises a self-service analytics platform for clinical genomics data that will simplify, accelerate and optimize the process of analyzing and comprehending high-throughput genetics data with the goal of providing timely diagnostics.
